The Terms and Conditions below govern the relationship between you, the Guest, and us, Yzaam.com.please be sure to carefully read these terms and make sure you understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.


1) Upon receiving your booking request,We will start to assist you in your request according to your special requirements and interests within 24 hours.

2) Upon the receipt of a deposit from you, we'll secure your reservation and process your final booking immediately. Deposit is usually 50% of the total booking price.

3) It is highly recommended to pay A full payment before Check in. We reserve the right to require a higher amount of deposit or an advance payment of balance during high season to secure your booking.

4) Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation letter.

Yzamm.com reserves the right to make changes and provide you with the similar alternative options.




We are now able to offer one way of payment:

Wire transfer (bank transfer).

Please note:

1) The quote we provide is in SAR Rial.

2) Detailed payment guide will be sent to you by email,full payment must be Paid by the bank before your scheduled arrival date (or at any optional date upon mutual agreement); if not, all reservations will be canceled automatically.

3) Any bank charges levied by the sending bank of your payment must be taken care of by yourself.



Cancellation Policy

We would feel sorry if you decided to cancel your trip ; however we realize in most cases, it is out of necessity.

If you must cancel your trip, please submit your cancellation in written form. Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive your written cancellation.

The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:

1) No less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date: No Fees

2) 15 to 0 days prior to scheduled arrival date: First night will be charged


Refund Money


We process refunds within 24 hours, and payment goes back onto the account you used to make your booking. Please note that it may take your bank up to one or two weeks to process the refund,to check the status of your refund, please contact your bank



Alteration of Reservation

Before your booking is confirmed, adjustment to itinerary are happily processed free of charge, since it is our goal to offer you the best possible thing. However, after you receive the confirmation letter, any alterations will incur a fee depend on date per request, and changes to departure date or destination may incur cancellation fees. All changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

yzaam.com reserves the right to modify your itinerary if air schedule or surface transportation changes, and/or events beyond its control make such alterations necessary. In this event, any of the increase or reduction of the tour cost will be calculated and charged/ refunded accordingly. If it is you who request the changes, then you will be required to pay any additional cost in advance.



Exemption of Liability

Without limitation, yzaa.com is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay, or inconvenience in connection with the provision of, or failure to provide, any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from--but not limited to--acts of God or force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes of other means of transportation or for the failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time, sanitation problems, lack of medical care, or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Yzaam.com. Nor is Yzaam.com responsible for the stolen and lost of your valuable items due to your negligence.



Force Majeure

Compensation payments do not apply where performance of our contract with you is prevented by risk or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of airport or ports, cancellation or change of scheduled airlines and similar events beyond our control.



Complaints and Claims

Whenever you feel unsatisfied with any service Yzaam.com has provided, please inform us or your travel consultant immediately to avoid similar problems either before or during your trip.

If you want to complain or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email or by phone within 15 days upon your tour is finished. Please attach relevant receipts and evidence to substantiate the letter of claim.


Use Of The Website


As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that


(i) you are at least 18 years of age and are of sound mind,

(ii) you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation,

(iii) you will use this Website in accordance with the Terms of Use,

(iv) you will only use this Website to make legitimate reservations for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act,

(v) you will inform such other persons about the Terms of Use that apply to the reservations you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions;

(vii) if you have an online account with this Website, you will safeguard your account information and will supervise and be completely responsible for any use of your account by you and anyone other than you. We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time without notice and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of these Terms of Use.

If your booking or account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, we may cancel any bookings associated with your name, email address, or account, and close any associated accounts. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, we reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and you may be liable for monetary losses to, including litigation costs and damages. To contest the cancellation of a booking or freezing or closure of an account, please contact us Customer Service.


Applicable law


These Booking Terms and Conditions are governed by Saudi law and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your booking will be governed by the laws of Saudi.
